Steaming Cup

_{Okay, my tablet is out of order and I've been admiring ¢mynti's Daily Doodles project and couldn't resist at least *trying* to do something. She suggested doing the doodles traditionally instead of digitally and, well, I unearthed my watercolours (last used in school for more than creating splats to turn into PS brushes) and realized I needed to buy strong paper and stuff before I could start ^^ yes, I'm that inept when it comes to trad art... but it was heaps (!!!) of fun and I hope to keep at it, though I doubt I'll be able to do the daily part of the daily doodles}

Anyways, I present to you my first "painting" done with watercolours on aquarel paper. It was inspired by me hanging out too much at Starbucks as well as by `Duffzilla's style with adding those splats and to top it off I added some vectors in PS, much like the stuff I've seen at =NaBHaN just that my vapour isn't nearly as neat as his... but all in all, I really like this. Much more than I thought I would actually



Oh, before I forget, if anyone knows of any watercolour tutorials I could read I'd love you for leaving a link! I think I could get to like making a mess with those
