Photomanipulated Group Mini Contest
We're having a mini contest at #Photomanipulated to create a icon for the group that we can also use as stamp (or two different designs) - it runs until next Sunday. There are no big prizes because we're saving up for a subscription (if you have a few points to spare and like the concept, please consider donating on my userpage at `kuschelirmel), but we hope you'll participate anyway for the fame that's in it

Well, first and foremost, it's a chat room - you can enter it here. As with all chat rooms, it'll most likely be quiet when you join, maybe there won't even be someone around to alk to. Don't let that irritate you though! If there's someone there, highlight them (type the first few letters of their nickname and hit the tab key - it'll auto-complete) so the chat will flash in their browser to let them know they're being talked to! If no one is there, just sit tight for a while. There's bound to be someone coming in soon enough and then they won't be finding an empty chat either
I try to be there on the weekends mostly, and sometimes in the evenings on weekdays, but I'm on Central European time and as such I may leave the chat to watch tv in the evening before you even get home from work or school yourselves
Aside from the chat, there's also the #Photomanipulated group which will serve as a home base for the chat where all chat-related news, deviations etc will be collected. There you'll be the first to find out about events, but it's also a place where we can collect ideas and suggestions to really get the chat going

If you're a member but nothing of your art is featured, then I'm afraid I was unable to find something "featurable". So what is "unfeaturable"? It's artwork where the images used in them have been "found" somewhere online (google is not a source for images to use in manips!!!) and no real credit to the photographer is given and/or the actual photographer has never given you permission to use the image as stock in the first place. Please read all about how to get legal stock without infringing on copyright law in this article
