Idea

Each month, I'll be giving you a song to interpret as you wish - all media are welcome! At the end of the month, I'll publish the entries in a news article and in my journal, they'll also have a permanent place in my faves as a collection for each month.

There are NO prizes other than exposure and an advanced critique from me if you want one (specify in your note if you do and use the "Advanced Critique Encouraged" option if you want others to give you critique, too).

The idea is to give you a starting point to work on something conceptual and for you to see if you can put your ideas on canvas (or into whichever medium you chose) the way you thought they should be. Even if you "only" submit a WIP (work in progress) it will help you as an artist to try to achieve a set goal.

"Rules"

All media can take part in this challenge as long as the following two conditions are met:_{Interpret the song (not the video, not the band) either by trying to capture its mood or by choosing something from the text -- write in your artist's comment why you did what you did.
Any entry that uses the lyrics themselves or pictures of the band or any other copyrighted material will be disqualified! Proper stock credits need to be given.}

Send your entries via note to me until the end of the month and specify if you would like advanced critique!

NOTE: You can submit to any song challenge at any time and I will still add you to the collection and give critique if you like, BUT you will not be added to any features (journal, news) if you are late.
