I've been watching too much Caprica

This one's inspired by the Virtual World that you can access via holobands and specifically "New Cap City", a place where people live random lives of violence and crime in search of the game's elusive meaning (Episode 5: "There is another Sky" | Episodes on Wikipedia)

I loved BSG too, that's no reason not to like Caprica. it's different, yes, but I would've been disappointed if they'd just continued the same stuff under a new name and with new actors - it would smell of ripping oneself off which, well... it wouldn't be the same and yet they'd try to make it the same and I would see no need to watch it then. I hope this made sense

Yeah I watched the whole season but it didn't interest me I think because it had two different story lines going on ONE the VR world which could be a series on its own and the first Silon which is the only story line I'm interested in. I think they chose the wrong actor to play the daughter, she just bugged me whatever...

We'll see what season two brings. They'd better bring the heat!

most new series need some "warm up time", at least that's how it usually is for me. What bugs me is that there were so few episodes in this season - how on earth are they going to get us hooked if they let us dangle on a cliffhanger already? *sigh* At least Supernatural isn't done yet
