First in a series of Frankfurt city impressions shot yesterday at the Luminale - that is a week-long event held yearly where the city is illuminated in a special way. This includes lighting up buildings with coloured light beams (as at the Alte Oper) as well as having light installations on the facade of buildings as seen here on the right at the Zeil Gallerie, where all the lights were constantly moving. Furthermore, there are light installations all over the city that are scattered in between buildings on public plazas.
In this shot you can see the Main Tower in the background and the Zeil Gallerie in the foreground.
The longer I'm here the more I like the city.
