Yes, I'm going rather fast...
but who am I to say "no" when inspiration knocks on my door? ;)

Anyway, February is in Germany usually the month when the carnival is. My parents and I both dislike the way these festivities are conducted, but the Venetian carnival with its elegant masks is kinda okay - especially since my parents were in Venice last year ;)
And what am I supposed to do for February anyway? :giggle:

Thanks to =Nico1 who gave me one of his wonderful Venetian Masks as well as a big :blowkiss: to `dholms over at =resurgere for my faveourite textures ever (who would've guessed? :giggle:)

EDIT: I added some hints of pink to the left part (probably hardly noticable, but it feels better that way) and tried to add some more textures to incorporate the mask more - however, it wouldn't let me add too many without looking improvised (or whichever word I was looking for).

Most wonderful carnival in the world ^^
I'm italian but I've never been there. But carnival is wonderful everywhere.

carnival in venice would be the only carnival I'm interested in seeing live :love:
