Balestrino II

The old village of Balestrino was abandoned in the 1960's for fear of a landslide. Today it lies there as it was left; unfortunately you can't move through the old buildings because they threaten to come down - you can get a look from the newly rebuilt village as well as walk right underneath the castle which is now privately owned and also not up to be visited.
